Engraving

The great tradition of ‘Buccellati style’ engraving is revived in a Course organised for those who wish to learn this highly refined decorative technique.

A certificate of attendance will be issued at the end of the Course program.

Program

Illustration of work equipment and its preparation. Engraving of basic traces (lines and curves). Tremble technique, scoring and sawing techniques, shaping and ornamentation techniques. Engraving of a band ring and a convex ring using the techniques provided for the Course (so-called ‘Buccellati’ style).

Time of the year

1st shift from the last week of September to the end of February;
2nd shift from the first week of March to mid-July

Cost

2,320 € payable in two fees of 1,160 € each. To consider approximately 45 € for materials for personal use
